Breakfast:
3 organic eggs
2 pieces turkey bacon
Pinto beans
Lunch:
Tri-Tip
Salad w/kidney beans and Red Wine Vingear/Oil dressing
Dinner:
Lamb Salad with black beans, avocado, capers and Tamari sauce, oil dressing
