Breakfast:
1 cup coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer and truvia
3 organic eggs
2 pieces turkey bacon
pinto beans
Lunch:
Salad, mushrooms, turkey meat
Balsamic vinegar dressing
Dinner:
Salad, mushrooms, tomatoes and 1/2 avocado
Chicken meat
