4 HB Day 13


Breakfast:
1 cup coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer and truvia
3 organic eggs
2 pieces turkey bacon
Fresh Salsa



Lunch:
2 pieces of chicken
salad
balsamic and olive oil dressing


Dinner/Brinner:

3 Eggs, mushrooms
2 pieces bacon
black beans
avocado
