Delight Thyself in The Lord

I am always amazed how God gives me just the encouragement I need, exactly when I need it. It can very hard to stay encouraged and not get sad about being single. I am completely committed to staying in obedience to God and waiting on His will for my life, but some times it can be a battle to keep my eyes on what God has for me right now. I know marriage will not be a cure to unhappiness or the answer to all my prayers, but that knowledge doesn't stop me from desiring it very much.

I was in that mindset when I was perusing some blogs that I like and I came across this verse.

“Delight thyself also in the Lord, and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass” Psalm 37:4-5.

God is so good to me.
