Lesson Learned

I learned today that when you are baking fresh bread in the bread maker and it says, "do not leave in machine after buzzer goes off", they are serious!! I put the bread in and then went shopping with my mom. We ended up shopping longer than I thought we would be. So, much for my plan to get rid of as much of my leavening as possible and not be wasteful! LOL
